As part of the overall Hosted Consumer VoIP solution, EZ Comm will work with you to determine the optimal Consumer Premises Equipment (CPE) to deploy to your customers. You may choose to offer your users any CPE from the list of our certified devices, or may request that EZ Comm certify a new device. In addition we manage fulfillment and provisioning to provide your customers with a plug and play, user friendly experience.

Fulfillment Services

EZ Comm's Hosted Consumer VoIP Solution provides fulfillment services which include provisioning and shipment of CPEs to your consumer's home address. At the end of the on-line order process, the creation of the user's account kicks off the process to ship the CPE to your end-user. The solution is integrated with several third party fulfillment providers whose profession is to process the shipping and handling of the CPE. You may choose to ship CPE using our fulfillment providers, or to request that EZ Comm integrate with another provider selected by you.
